The Madison Foundation (Foundation) is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of personal information pertaining to our donors and website users. We believe you should be aware of our policies designed to protect the confidentiality of this information and how we use it, particularly when you provide personal information to The Madison Foundation. Your email address will only be used within the Foundation. It will never be sold or rented to any third party. We will use your email address to send you information or respond to your instructions. If you do not wish to receive e-mail correspondence, please email your request to webmaster@themadisonfoundation.org and indicate so in the subject line.

An IP address is a number that identifies each sender or receiver of information that is sent in packets across the Internet. The Foundation uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the website.

The Foundation’s website forms, surveys, and applications require users to provide us with their contact information (such as name, email address, and postal address). This information will not be sold or disseminated to any other organization for their use in solicitations, or for any other purpose. The Foundation may use contact information from these forms to send important information or updates about our organization. The contact information may also be used to contact the web visitor when necessary.
The Foundation’s website contains links to external websites that do not fall under the Foundation’s domain. The Foundation is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such external websites. If you choose to follow such links to external websites, you do so at your own risk.
The information that you voluntarily provide to the Foundation by filling out online forms is located on a secure server. We have put into effect appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
