Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) hosted its annual block party at the Deacon John Graves House on June 7 to a sold-out event, answering the question, “If not you, then who?” The Madison community and our sponsors, generous in their donations and sharing the N2N mission that we help our neighbors through challenging times, raised more than $30,000. Funds raised will continue to provide personal necessities, not covered by food stamps, to the Madison Food Pantry; allow for Madison’s Youth & Family Services to provide emergency fuel, electrical, and personal assistance to those who have nowhere else to turn; and send children in need to summer camp.
To all those who came and made our evening a great success, thank you. For those who couldn’t attend, but were so generous in their contributions, we thank them and look forward to having them in attendance next year. A special thank you goes to all of our sponsors for their continued support of our Madison community and of N2N.
