The Madison Foundation, Inc (Foundation) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to the privacy of its membership and website users. The following paragraphs describe the Foundation’s information gathering and dissemination practices.

Your email address will only be used within the Foundation. The Foundation does not sell or rent e-mail addresses to anyone outside the organization. Use of IP addresses and Cookies

The Foundation’s Site/Membership Forms
The Foundation’s website membership forms require users to give us contact information (such as name and email address, postal address). This information will not be sold or disseminated to any other organization for their use in solicitations, or for any other purpose. The Foundation may use contact information from the membership forms to send information about the Foundation. The contact information is also used to contact the web visitor when necessary.
The Foundation’s website contains links to external websites that do not fall under the Foundation’s domain. The Foundation is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such external websites. If you choose to follow such links to external websites, you do so at your own risk.
Information that you provide to us by filling out online forms is located on a secure server. We have put into effect appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
