- We provided a grant to help the Children’s Fair for Juvenile Diabetes defray organizational and equipment costs essential to their fundraiser.
- We contributed to the effort by Madison Cares to support Habitat for Humanity home construction programs.
- We collect new memorial and testimonial donations and manage the funds for all of the endowed college scholarships awarded to graduates of Daniel Hand High School.
- We supported the Friends of Hammonasset‘s October festival celebrating the natural world and Native American history and crafts.
- The Foundation supported volunteers organizing a Madison chapter of Circle of Care, a program that helps families face the challenge of a child’s diagnosis with cancer.
- We worked with the town of Guilford to help establish the Shoreline Institute of Lifelong Learning, a new program of senior learning seminars.
- We helped Madison volunteers organize a program that supplies musical instruments to wounded war veterans - Operation: Music Aid.
- We sponsored scholarships for six Madison children to attend summer camp at Camp Hazen.
- We contributed to the purchase of a defibrillator for the Madison Ambulance.
